Founded by Savannah Ericson, The Social Fix combines more than a decade of experience across ecommerce, retail, product management, and digital marketing. Having spent over ten years working within New Zealand's retail industry, including managing multiple product categories at Mighty Ape, Savannah developed a deep understanding of customer behaviour, online shopping trends, product positioning, merchandising, pricing strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial growth.

Alongside her retail career, Savannah has built a successful content creation business, partnering with New Zealand brands to create engaging video and image content while growing her own online presence through strategic content planning and audience engagement.
